[i:ac87ba83ac]To accompany the West Yorkshire Playhouse’s production of Fast Labour by Steve Waters (19th April to 17th May), the Literary Department would like to present an evening of personal stories about the experience of moving to Leeds in the last five years from diverse parts of the world. These will be read on the stage of the Courtyard Theatre by actors from the company. We are looking for a wide range of people which can include economic migrants, students, refugees and those who have moved here because of family ties. Our aim for the evening is to give a voice to those communities that are contributing to the changing face of Leeds . Of course owing to the nature of the material all stories will be handled with sensitivity and in the strictest confidence. [/i:ac87ba83ac]
